Equipment problem: The air outlet of the coal mill motor ring is operated for a long time, and the outlet is damaged by the power of the primary wind and the erosion of the coal powder, which affects the direction of the wind. Anti-wear treatment should be done in time.

Repair method: First, clean up the repaired air outlet and try to clean it up as much as possible to ensure the quality of the glue. After cleaning it up, perform polishing treatment. First, use a steel wire ball to remove rust, and then use a polisher wheel to perform rough polishing until the hand feels rough. Use BY55 grease cleaner for cleaning.
